To keep pricing simple, predictable, and aligned with our current service scope, Elite fees are capped by final sales price:
- Sales Price up to $600,000 → $3,995
- $600,001 – $1,000,000 → $4,995
- $1,000,001 – $2,000,000 → $5,995
- $2,000,001 – $3,000,000 → $6,995
* Elite services are currently offered for homes listed up to $3,000,000.
